Öküzgözü+Merlot+Syrah Dry Red Wine Purple and vivid ruby in colour, this wine offers a rich connection on the nose with black fruits, sweet spices and floral notes. On the palate, spicy intense black forest fruits are accompanied by menthol, peppery notes, dried damson plum. Cali acidity, crisp and pronounced tannis with a full body and balanced structure with a long finish. It pairs well with spicy and saucy slow-roatsed meat dishes, spice marinated grilled red meats, ripe and strong cheeses and smoked meats. Some sediment formation may be observed as a result of the filtiration process.
